We had a great experience working with Becky. When we first connected it was because we were thinking about selling our house but, we were wary because we tried before without success. We stayed in contact waiting for the right time. So, when she contacted us to tell us it was time we decided to take the risk. The best decision we made. Once we took that step, Becky did a great job recommending a few quick and easy upgrades to the house. With that, the pictures look so nice. Once everything was ready Becky laid out the plan to us very clear and concise, open house, advertising, etc. We received updates for the effectiveness of the ads and Becky was in constant communication with us. It is clear she was on top of things. I and my wife are very happy and grateful.

Becky was outstanding! We had our home on the market for 6 months prior to listing with Becky and it did not sell. Once we hired Becky she came to our house, staged our furniture, and took professional pictures. Becky spent over four hours at our house with a professional photographer to ensure the photos for the MLS were perfect. We received several compliments on the photos of our house. We had about 20 showings and our house sold it in 6 days (and the price was not lowered!). Becky really hustles for her clients. Becky answers her phone every time you call her and replies to texts within seconds. Becky got us top dollar for our house and negotiated a great deal on our next home. We first met Becky when we were looking at a house but wasn’t sure if we were ready to start the buying process. She was incredibly helpful in pointing us in the right direction on how to get everything started. From that point on, Becky was AMAZING with helping us find our first home!! Becky is a wonderful person to work with she is professional and nice. Her dedication and responsiveness are off the chart.
